House 1 has 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with western toilette and hot shower, terrace, fully equipped kitchen area and air-conditioning
House 2 has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with western toilette and hot shower, a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen area and air-conditioning
The houses are cleaned and the bed sheets changed twice a week. Daily cleaning can be arranged for a reasonable price as well as laundry service. Every house has its own electric meter. This accommodation is ideal if you’re looking for a not too expansive but comfortable and clean stay in a mid level Samui area.

The houses will be cleaned and the bed sheets changed 2 times a week. Daily cleaning can be arranged for a reasonable price as well as laundry service. Every house has its own electric meter and we will charge 5 Baht/kwh. A deposit of 15,000 Baht for house 1 and 20,000 Baht for house 2 is required and will be refunded on check-out - alternatively the passport can be deposited instead
