Ruen Thip Homes is based in a lavish tropical garden backdrop with only nine cozy studios happily spread within a naturally fenced enclosed space. These self-catered bungalows are just the thing for anyone looking for reasonably priced lodging without the supplementary amenities of a full-service hotel or resort.
The recently finished studios feature a hefty front porch with an outdoor lounge set to offer a comforting setting. Inside the studio, the large room is separated by a partition with a TV which can be rotated to allow viewing from the living area or from the bed. All studios are equipped with a satellite receiver which includes free-TV reception. Upgrades of TV channel packages are available.
The studios also feature a kitchenette with sink and tiled countertop. A microwave and fridge is provided. The large bathroom features a natural skylight ceiling which naturally brightens the room. The bathroom also includes a built-in wardrobe and a granite top sink. A water heater is installed for the hot water shower.
