Laem Yai Beach Information Guide
On the northwest headland of Koh Samui, on a hillside that slopes down to the crystal blue sea, Laem Yai beach represents a unique holiday destination. The area has 420 meters of beach frontage, and that ‘aint bad. The views take in sunrise and sunset, miraculously, and perfectly embrace the vista of neighbouring island, Koh Phangnan. Laem Yai beach is quietly removed – 800 meters – from the ring road and is 13km to Chaweng, about 30 minutes drive, and the same again to Koh Samui International Boutique Airport.
